Finding money in the laundry or in an old coat pocket.
Using up a gallon of milk but knowing there is a spare one in the other fridge.
Butter cookies baked by a neighbor.
Going to bed early.
Hearing "please" and "thank you" and other nice words around the house.
A girls night out (or weekend), wherever it may be.
A dinner that everyone will eat.
A clean van inside and out.
A yard full of kiddos playing in the sandbox, on the trampoline and on the jungle gym.
Visits and visiting.
My husband helping with homework, especially Ben's 7th grade math.
Looking at the calendar and realizing that nothing is written down for the next day.
All the clean clothes put away.
A tidy and freshly-swept garage.
A random hug, compliment, or other act of kindness.
Putting away winter clothes.
Boys with fresh haircuts.
A trip to the grocery store and I didn't forget anything.
If I did forget something, I can count on a neighbor to help.

Don't worry, I'll keep the butter cookies coming. I like Happy Patti! :) That really is the only Patti I know.
