I have no idea why I get them, because I don't exercise, but I am thrilled to be on the mailing list of Athleta and Title Nine. I know it's absurd, but those are catalogs that I enjoy flipping through cover to cover. I absolutely LOVE their work-out clothes and would buy them, if only I worked out.
I admitted having this weird pseudo-fetish to my good friend Laurie (you know Laurie, she's my one faithful commenter and commented about this on my last post.) She cracked up when I showed her the catalogs and told her that IF I exercised, I'd be thinking I'd look pretty cute in that little tennis get-up, or that yoga outift, or that mountain-climbing gear, etc.
Just look at her! What a cute outfit, even her hair is in a matching headband!
Makes me chuckle to think that I'd ever be mountain climbing! And if I did, would I look that good? I think that I'd be scared and sweating pretty badly!
And yes, their clothes and the models wearing them are beautiful. Just looking at them makes me wish that I did exercise, and climb mountains!
