Random Act of Kindness

It happened right here in Cascade today! I kid you not!

I was at the car wash pulling in getting ready to pay. The worker guys were spraying my car and I was waiting for them to take my money. The van then started rolling in, I held up my $20 to the window, he stopped the van. I rolled down the window and said that I needed to pay. He told me that the guy in front of me already did! WOW, wasn't that ever nice!

Maybe I looked destitute in my rusty 1999 Caravan? Or perhaps he was a fellow Spartan and noticed the big green S on my front plate? I'll never know, he took off quickly and I couldn't thank him.

So here I am, blogging about this on a Sunday afternoon and still smiling about the simple kindness bestowed upon me. It sure felt good!

Here's a shout out of thanks to the guy in the little red sporty Audi with dealer plates who was in front of me today! Thank you very much...that was very nice!

I think I might try that out and "pay it forward" the next time I'm at the car wash.
